**For loans with repayment terms over 10 years after the fixed interest rate period expires, it is floating until the end of the loan repayment. The floating interest rate (market-indexed) consists of a fixed part representing the Bank’s margin and a floating part determined on the basis of the value of the 12M EURIBOR as a reference interest rate published by the European Money Markets Institute/EMMI (www.emmi-benchmarks.eu).

Loan is granted with fixed interest rate in KM currency up to 10 years. Loan is granted with variable interest rate and currency clause in EUR in accordance with the valid exchange rate of Central Bank, over 10 years.

    • Residents with place of residence in Bosnia and Herzegovina and with regular monthly income.

Loan purpose and amounts

    • Purchase, purchase with adaptation and construction of housing premises, houses, apartments, apartments for vacation and garage, purchase and communal landscaping under condition that urban plan approves construction on that land, in the amount from 30.000,00 KM to 300.000,00 KM.
    • Adaptation, completion and upgrade of object in the amount from 30.000,00 KM to 60.000,00 KM.

Loan repayment deadline

    • Up to 30 years for purchase, purchase with adaptation, construction, completion and upgrade, and for purchase and communal landscaping with construction.
    • Up to 20 years for adaptation, completion and upgrade of object.

Loan security instruments

    • Certified documents on salary foreclosure.
    • 2 bills of exchange
    • Mortgage on real estate (ration of loan and mortgage already from 1:1).
    • Loan insurance policy endorsed in favor of the Bank.
