The first Atalanta Football Camp held in Sarajevo
The first Atalanta Football Camp, organised by Intesa Sanpaolo Banka, neared its end after three days of activities in the Centre for Education, Sport and Recreation “Safet Zajko”. There were 120 girls and boys ages 8 to 12 that took part in this Camp. They have been given an opportunity to master some of the top football skills presented by top-notch coaches from the Atalanta Football Club from Italy, as also supported by several football coaches from BiH.
“It was our great pleasure to have seen children truly enjoying themselves over these past three days in the “Safet Zajko” Centre in the activities we have organised for them together with the representatives of the Atalanta FC from Bergamo. We have succeeded in our intention to gather girls and boys from different environments into one common event where they have all received equal treatment and attention by the coaches. We saw true happiness on their faces, and that tells us that we did the right thing,” said from PR and Marketing Communication Department of Intesa Sanpaolo Bank.
Of note, Atalanta BC is known by far for its youth program that raised and created some of the famous names of the Italian and world football.
