Sarajevo, April 3, 2024, Intesa Sanpaolo Banka proudly informs the public that it has appointed Ms. Indira Karamustafić to the position of the Management Board member.  She is an expert with long term track record in the field of finance who has shaped her career in many successful multinational financial institutions in our country,  In addition to this position, the new member of the Management Board of Intesa Sanpaolo Banka will also hold the position of the Executive Director of the Risk Management and Control Division.

Ms. Indira Karamustafić started her professional career in 2007, whereas its beginnings were immediately drawn to the risk segment. Therein, she specialised over the years and became one of the leading experts in the risk segment, but also in banking in general.  Through many years of work and experience in credit risk assessment and underwriting, she has become a true banking expert, a person possessing high level of integrity, ethical values and social skills.  Moreover, at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Sarajevo, Indira obtained the master’s degree in banking. The entire Bank welcomes Mr. Karamustafić and her pronounced team spirit, proactive approach and independence in decision-making that would ensure stability and further achievement of the results of Intesa Sanpaolo Banka in BiH.
