Factoring is legal business of buying and selling existing not due or future short-term money receivable from the basis of contract on sales of goods or service offers in the country, which is transferred to factor by agreement and which takes over the receivable from seller to collect it in its name and for its account.
Short-term money receivable is the one that matures for collection within 180 days from the day of selling goods, or providing service, and it is defined by contract on selling goods or providing service.
