Electronic banking ELBA is a service of the Bank that enables the user to perform financial transactions and view account balances via the global computer network – the Internet.
Functionalities of electronic banking are:
- Overview of the balance and transactions for all open accounts;
- Free financial transfers to own accounts;
- Financial payments in the country and abroad at lower fees;
- Sample and package management;
- Management of debit card spending through the options of temporary blocking and unblocking of various payment forms;
- Paying bills with e-Pay option;
- Submitting online requests for products and services;
- A variety of additional benefits and options.

Paying bills with e-Pay option
e-Pay is the Bank's service available to users of ELBA electronic and m-Intesa mobile banking, which enables the payment of bills issued by providers of telecommunications and utility services. The advantages of using the e-Pay service are:
- Simple contracting of bill payment without going to the branch and additional costs;
- Receiving SMS notifications about new invoices;
- Bill payment with just one click from anywhere and at any time;
- Records of all paid and unpaid bills in one place.

Debit card spending management
The ELBA service enables all users to manage their debit card spending from anywhere, at any time, and according to the own user’s criteria.
There are different forms of debit card spending management, such as:
- The option of complete blocking or unblocking the debit card usage;
- Option to restrict usage depending on the place of consumption: store, ATM or Internet;
- Option to restrict usage depending on the geographical areas: in BiH, Europe or the rest of the countries.
This option is only available for debit cards.
mToken mobile application for access to electronic banking – ELBA
mToken Intesa Sanpaolo Banka is a mobile application for user identification used to access to electronic banking and to confirm electronic payments in country and abroad.
mToken mobile application is:
- Safe – it is launched by entering PIN only known to you, and which you can change at any moment;
- Flexible – it is set up on your mobile;
- Available – internet access is needed only for downloading and first activation of application, and not necessary for further usage;
- Practical – no additional physical device you have to take with you;
- Simple – application is simple for use and in case of any difficulties you can solve them by calling our Call Center 080 020 307, without visiting the branch.


Downloading application is possible via Google play/ App Store already installed on your mobile device.

You can become a user of ELBA service in a few very simple steps:
- Come to the nearest Bank branch.
- Present one of identification documents (personal ID card, passport or driving licence) and declaration of residence (CIPS).
- Sign Request for opening and Contract for using ELBA service.
The user of ELBA service can be any individual who opened current account in the Bank and ensured minimum technical requirements needed for access to system, which includes computer and Internet access.

M-INTESA Mobile banking

Mobile banking m-Intesa is a service of the Bank that enables the user to perform financial transactions and view account balances via mobile phone.
Functionalities of mobile banking are:
- Personalized application;
- Using same application for individual and legal entities accounts;
- Overview of the balance and transactions for all open accounts;
- Free financial transfers to own accounts;
- Financial payments in the country and abroad at lower fees;
- Sample and package management;
- Management of debit card spending through the options of temporary blocking and unblocking of various payment forms;
- Card PIN preview;
- Paying bills with e-Pay option;
- Accident insurance contracting;
- Useful tools without logging into the application (list of all Bank branches and ATMs, exchange rate, currency convertor and demo app);
- A variety of additional benefits and options.

Card PIN preview in the m-Intesa mobile application
Forgot your payment card PIN? You have nothing to worry about.
From now on, in your m-Intesa mobile application you can check your payment card PIN, from anywhere and at any time, in just a few simple steps:
- Log in to the m-Intesa application
- Select “Cards” option, and then select the card for which you want to display the PIN
- Select the "PIN" option
- Press and hold the "Show PIN code" option a bit longer
- And the information about your PIN is there.
Card PIN preview in the m-Intesa mobile application is available for all debit cards and for the MasterCard credit card.
Please note that the PIN (Personal Identification Number) is a secret, strictly confidential, personal identification number assigned by the Bank and known only to you. Never reveal your PIN to other people.
Debit card spending management

Accident insurance contracting using the m-Intesa application
You can now arrange accident insurance in a faster and simpler way, without the need to come to the Bank branch.
Accident insurance provides you with financial protection against sudden and unwanted events with coverage 24/7, 365 days a year, in the country and abroad.
Accident insurance contracting using the m-Intesa application brings a number of benefits for clients, of which we highlight:
- The possibility of contracting accident insurance from any place and at any time, without the need to visit the Bank branch office;
- The process of contracting accident insurance is quick and simple, consisting of several consecutive and understandable steps;
- Payment of accident insurance premium with just one click;
- Delivery of the Certificate of contracted accident insurance by e-mail;
- Delivery of the Vienna Insurance Loyalty Program Card to the client's postal address.
m-Intesa service is completely safe because:
- Downloading and installing m-Intesa service automatically installs software token that secures each transaction as application works.
- m-Intesa application is automatically locked after it becomes inactive.
- m-Intesa application disables unwanted access by automatically locking user login after 3 wrong attempts.
- m-Intesa application does not store personal information (financial information, account information, PIN etc.) on mobile phone.
- m-Intesa application is uniquely tied to mobile device where installed (device identity confirmation is made by entering one-time activation code).

To use the m-Intesa mobile banking service on iPhone mobile devices, you must have iOS 10.0 or more recent installed.
The m-Intesa application can only be used on official operating system distributions (Android and iOS).
The m-Intesa application cannot be used on devices on which the implied level of system privileges has been changed (the so-called rooting of the phone or the so-called jailbreaking of the device).

SMS service is information service of the Bank that enables the User to receive information about the balance and changes in the current account via a mobile or landline phone.
Functionalities of SMS banking are:
- Overview of the current account balance after each change;
- Overview of the balance of approved regular and additional current account overdrafts;
- Possibility to use mobile or landline phone;
- Receiving promotional messages of the Bank;
- Minimum time spending with maximum level of information on current account balance.
You can become a user of SMS service in a few very simple steps:

- Present one of identification documents (personal ID card, passport or driving licence) and declaration of residence (CIPS).
- Sign Request for opening and Contract for using SMS service.
The user of SMS service can be a person who has opened a current account at the Bank, owns a mobile or landline phone and active phone number of one of the operators in Bosnia and Herzegovina or abroad.

Viber Chat Intesa Sanpaolo Banka is a free service that enables two-way communication between a user and the Bank via the Viber application, using a mobile phone, tablet or computer.
Functionalities of the Viber chat service of Intesa Sanpaolo Banka are:
