Cashless business

Intesa Sanpaolo Banka offers you fast realization of your cashless orders according to marked instructions. You can submit your orders in all agencies of Intesa Sanpaolo Banka or process them with contracted service of electronic banking.

• Within working time of Intesa Sanpaolo Banka agencies, you can deliver your order to your nearest agency. 
• All transactions received within banking day are executed according to available funds on your accounts. 
• Your received funds are put at your disposal immediately after inflow. 
• All recorded changes on your accounts with detailed overview of all transactions and balance at the end of day are delivered to you in statement. 
• All payment orders that are received in the Bank and processed by the Bank until 15:00, which you direct to other banks, are realized in the same working day.
• RTGS transactions that are received in the Bank and processed by the Bank before 15:30 will be realized in the same working day. 
• Via giro clearing if they are received in the Bank's core system by 15:00h,
• Via RTGS if they are received in the Bank's core system by 15:45h,
• Through instant payments without time limitation, receipt in case the conditions of the Instant Payment System in BiH (TIPS) are met, including that the recipient's bank is also a participant in the instant payment system, that the order meets the prescribed criteria for instant processing and that it is within the defined limit of BAM 5,000 per DP transaction.    The Bank reserves the right to execute an interbank DP order as an interbank (DP) instant payment transaction at no additional cost to the customer, for purpose of faster and more efficient execution of the transaction.
• Payments in favour of the Customer who holds a transaction account with the Intesa Sanpaolo Banka d.d. Shall be realised the same day if received in the Bank’s core system by 23:30h.  The cash disbursements are executed immediately.

Standing order

You have fixed monthly costs? Make their regular payments easier using the standing order service. You can contract for amount and time of realization of your orders according to available funds on your account in your nearest agency of Intesa Sanpaolo Banka. You can make payments with standing order whether you pay in favor of the account in Intesa Sanpaolo Banka or in other bank.
