Founders’ account

You establish a new company? You have capital increase in the existing company? You need confirmation on pay-in of founders’ capital in order to complete documentation you submit to authorized institutions? You can finish all this in Intesa Sanpaolo Banka.

After entry in court register, you can open business account in our Bank by submitting documentation required for opening of account. After opening transaction account, the founders’ capital is paid by order of authorized persons of newly-registered legal entity.
