New branch of Intesa Sanpaolo Banka in Banja Luka has been officially opened

Sarajevo 03.12.2024. In order to get even closer to its customers, Intesa Sanpaolo Banka moved its branch office in Banja Luka from the address Jevrejska to the new address Prvog krajiškog korpusa 33, changing its name to Banja Luka Centar. The new office will also be the head office of the Retail regional centre Banja Luka.  Related to that, in addition to a very accessible location, the customers of this Bank will have, at their disposal, a modern designed space and, most importantly, excellent staff who are ready to meet all the needs of customers or those who want to become customers.   

When official cutting the ribbon, Michele Castoro, President of the Management Board of Intesa Sanpaolo Bank, addressed the guests: “With today’s official opening of the Banja Luka Centar Branch in Banja Luka, it is our great pleasure to be able to offer our customers a new lay out of branch that we have introduced so far in several new or renovated branches in BiH. The City of Banja Luka, as well as the market of the Banja Luka region, is of strategic importance for the operations of Intesa Sanpaolo Banka in BiH.  Therefore, with this new branch and its concept, we want to be at the service of our existing and new clients. I would like to point out that we have prepared a special benefit for all new customers.”

In order to especially enrich this event, Intesa Sanpaolo Banka decided to make donation in the amount of BAM 5,000 to the Association of Parents of Children with Malignant Diseases "Iskra" Banja Luka. On this occasion, Katica Kerkez, manager of the Parents' House and secretary of the Association, said: “Diagnosis of a child’s malignant disease is one of the most stressful experiences that can occur within the family.  The road to recovery is arduous and long and represents, in fact, a fight for the child’s life.  No one can or should do this alone.  Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, to Intesa Sanpaolo Banka for recognising the importance of the support in the most difficult moments and thus facilitating this road to recovery for our children and their parents.”

Intesa Sanpaolo Banka has prepared a special benefit for all new customers who transfer their salary or pension to this Bank and open a current account or one of the IN packages – they will be free of charge for these products for a period of 3 months.  This offer is valid until January 31, 2025. 

Business hours of the branch shall be from Monday to Friday from 08:00-15:30 hours.
