Important note:
For your safety, never share information on your card, PIN or one-off passcodes (security, activation, etc.). The bank will never ask for this information via phone, e-mail, SMS or social media.
In case of loss, theft or misuse of a mobile phone with an active Apple Pay service or a card activated within the Wallet app, it is necessary to immediately notify the Bank by calling the Contact Centre: +387 33 497 657.
In addition, in case of loss or theft, you can find the mobile phone through iCloud (Find Devices), and thus remove all cards from the Wallet application. By removing the card from the Wallet application, it is prevented from further use through the Apple Pay service.
How to use Apple Pay?
You can use Apple Pay as soon as you add your card to the device you use daily. This is a safer and faster way to pay. Payment is made without the need to open the application or enter a PIN, by simply unlocking the mobile device and holding it against the POS terminal. The very service is available at all points of sale that support contactless payments, plus online and in applications that support the Apple Pay service, as well as at contactless ATMs.
Pay by mobile phone or tablet
- Double-click the side button (Power Button) of the device or the Home Button if you are using fingerprint/Touch ID as a method to unlock the device.
- Unlock your phone or tablet using one of the preset device unlock methods (password, pattern, fingerprint/Touch ID, or face scan/Face ID).
- Hold the device against a POS terminal that accepts contactless payments with Visa/Mastercard cards.
Pay with Apple Watch
- Double-click the side button of the watch and bring the watch closer to a POS device that accepts contactless payments with Visa/Mastercard cards.
- Before the first transaction, it is necessary to unlock the watch by entering the set password to unlock the device. Each subsequent transaction does not need to be additionally authorised as long as the watch is on the wrist, but it is enough to just hold the watch against the POS device and the transaction will be executed.
- After removing the watch from your wrist, to pay again with the Apple Pay service via Apple Watch, you need to unlock the watch by entering the set password to unlock the device.
