  • Never provide card information (PIN, payment card number and other confidential information) and one-time numerical codes for confirming online transactions or activating services (eg Google Pay) to third parties. The bank will never, by phone, e-mail, social networks or in any other way, ask you to provide your PIN, your payment card number or the numerical code used to confirm a payment card transaction made online or to register the card for use. If you answer or call, they will try to get you to reveal your personal, financial or security information, or even to pay them money. 
  • In order to protect yourself from the aforementioned scams, you need to pay special attention to the following elements in the message:

  • Please note that the PIN (Personal Identification Number) is a secret, strictly confidential, personal identification number assigned by the Bank and known only to you, and serves to identify the Card User during transactions for which PIN identification is mandatory. 
  • Remember your PIN, and destroy the PIN mailer or PIN notification or keep it in a safe place.
  • Never reveal the PIN to other people or keep it written down near the card.
  • When entering the PIN number, you need to protect the keyboard with your hand to prevent your PIN from being revealed.
  • If you are not sure how to use an ATM, contact the nearest branch of the Bank to get the necessary information and instructions. Do not accept help when using an ATM from unknown persons.
