Intesa Sanpaolo Banka and Visa inspire by the heart for the ninth time

In May this year, Intesa Sanpaolo Banka in partnership with Visa, will implement the ninth Inspired by Heart campaign. It is a humanitarian campaign in which funds are collected  during 30 days, and  donated at the end of the action in the form of equipment to maternity hospitals in our country.

During the nine years of this campaign, funds were donated to many institutions and associations, in order to support their smooth functioning. Since 2019, we have focused exclusively on maternity hospitals in BiH, and we have continued this trend this year as well. In the previous campaign we donated equipment to the maternity hospitals in Livno and Prijedor. This time the donations will go to the two new cities where Intesa Sanpaolo Banka operates”, said Lejla Dizdarevic, Head of PR and Marketing Communication Departmentat at Intesa Sanpaolo Banka.

The fundraising mechanism implies that from each card transaction made with Visa Inspire or Visa Platinum cards of Intesa Sanpaolo Banka, Bank and Visa allocate 0.10 KM for humanitarian purposes, without any cost to the cardholder.

“Many studies show that the first hours and first days are decisive for the development of the baby. That is why we want to provide our children with the best conditions in the maternity hospital, but also to go home quickly where their loved ones are looking forward to them. Visa is a network that works for everyone. We are working together with our partners to ensure the carefree growth of children, and that is investing in a better future for the entire community”, said Maida Slatina Mehmedagić, Business Development Manager for the SEE region at Visa.

We remind the users of Visa cards of this Bank, they need to use their cards when paying at points of sale, and in this way, without additional costs, they will be participants in this action. This action does not include transactions made through ATMs.
