Questionnaires and requests

Download the appropriate questionnaire or request, fill it electronically, and deliver the signed document to your nearest branches. You can also deliver data by regular mail to the address of your nearest branches* or by e-mail: stanovnistvo@intesasanpaolobanka.ba.

IMPORTANT: If in the meantime there was a change in your identification documents or change of residence address, you will need to deliver / attach your personal ID card or passport as form of identification, ie new CIPS residence certificate, when arriving to the branch or sending data via regular mail or e-mail.
