Privacy protection

Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. and the members of the PBZ Group shall process your personal data, while protecting them from unauthorised or unlawful processing and implementing the highest-level technical, security and organisational protection measures. Starting with 25 May 2018, the Data Controller, Privredna banka Zagreb d.d., shall apply the General Data Protection Regulation and the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation. 

The General Data Protection Regulation directly applies in all Member States of the EU, thereby ensuring a balanced and unbiased procedure in all EU Member States with regards to personal data protection.  The application of the General Data Protection Regulation shall ensure an even higher degree of transparency towards the clients, with regards to the processing of their personal data. The General Data Protection Regulation emphasizes lawfulness, fairness, transparency, accuracy, minimisation of the amount of processed data, purpose and storage limitation, confidentiality and integrity.

In addition, Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. is improving the protection of your privacy in everyday financial conduct with the Bank.
