IN Package Vibe
The IN Package Vibe is the perfect way for your child to start their journey to financial independence, with your support. By opening the IN Package Vibe, your child gets a current account, a Visa Inspire debit card, the m-Intesa app, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
It's designed for young people aged 14 to 18.

BAM 50 Welcome gift!
Clients who sign up for the IN Vibe package by 30.09.2026, or until funds run out, and thus establish a business relationship with Intesa Sanpaolo Bank for the first time, will receive a welcome gift of BAM 50!
The amount of BAM 50 will be deposited into the new client's current account no later than the 15th of the following month for the month in which the Visa debit card of the active IN Vibe package was issued.
Signing up for the IN Vibe package
The IN Vibe package on behalf of a minor is signed up by a parent as the child's legal guardian at any Intesa Sanpaolo Bank branch (the minor does not need to be present when signing up).
Required documents:
- Birth certificate of the minor,
- CIPS registration of residence for both the minor and the parent,
- Parent's ID.
What will you get with IN Package VIBE?
ATM usage
When using an ATM, it's important to pay attention to safety!
- Before using it, check your surroundings and avoid suspicious situations.
- When entering your PIN, cover the keypad with your hand.
- The PIN is secret information and should not be shared with anyone!
- If you enter the wrong PIN three times, the card will be blocked for 24 hours.
- Don't accept help from strangers while using the ATM.
- If you notice any unusual devices or attachments on the ATM, stop the transaction and inform your parent/guardian or the Bank.
- After completing the transaction, immediately take your card and cash.
- If you need help using the ATM, ask a parent/guardian or Bank staff.
Using your card at Point of Sales (POS)
- Keep your card or your phone always with you during the transaction, do not allow the card or the phone to leave your field of view.
- When entering your PIN, cover the keypad with your hand.
- Before confirming the payment, check the amount on the POS terminal.
- After buying, take the receipt and keep it for a while.
If you receive a notification about a transaction you don't recognize, immediately inform a parent/guardian or the Bank.
Contactless payment is quick and easy, but it's important to keep your card and information just as safe as cash.
Precautions for safe online shopping
- Use a secure internet browser. Look for the letter "s" after "http" in the web address of the page or in the link you received.
- Before completing an online transaction, check the merchant's delivery and return or exchange policies. Check the possibility of returning the amount of purchases, and the costs related to the same.
- Be careful when shopping online, and always buy from trusted online stores and merchants you trust, who support the 3D Secure program. All Intesa Sanpaolo Banka payment cards are included in the 3D Secure protocol, giving extra protection when making online transactions.Find more information about the 3D secure program here.
- Do not hastily respond to offers received via social networks, e-mails, SMS messages or any other campaigns that may be fake so-called. phishing emails.
- Card information such as: full card number, expiration date, CVV code (3 digits on the back of your card) and 3D Secure code are only entered when purchasing goods and services on verified, secure websites. The card PIN code is never entered when shopping online.
- The 3D Secure code is strictly confidential information, which is never entered for the purpose of payment to your card.
- If you sell online or are contacted by a third party via phone, email or social networks to pay the prize, never submit your card information or enter it via suspicious links. A third party can make a payment to your transaction account in the Bank, through payment transactions.
Important note: The Bank will never, by phone, e-mail, social networks or in any other way, ask you to provide your PIN, your payment card number or the numerical code used to confirm a payment card transaction made online or for registering a card to use digital wallets.
